Properties of Virgin Hair

The Crimson Label will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications, however since each 100% virgin human hair is extracted from one donor there may be slight variation. Our hair arrives in natural colors 1B or 2.

Payment & Shipping

Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept all major credit & debit cards. Credit card fraud and theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed. Signature confirmation will be required upon delivery. Orders are processed and shipped once payment has cleared usually within 2-4 business days of order placement. Once shipped, please allow 4-7 business days for orders to arrive. Expedited shipping is currently available for some products as long as the order is placed by 12:00pm, Eastern Standard Time. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We trust that FedEx/UPS/USPS will deliver your package, timely.  

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the courier confirms that the item has been delivered to your address but you have not received the order, please contact the courier per below to investigate the issue. We cannot be held liable for packages whereby the delivery has been confirmed as delivered to your order address by the courier.

All orders are reviewed and checked for accuracy prior to packaging and shipping. Should you receive a package and it appears have been opened, damaged or otherwise tampered with immediately contact UPS, FedEx or USPS to file a claim directly.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: 

Our credit card system will only process orders using your billing address for security reasons. We take fraud seriously. If you wish to ship to an address that is different from your billing address, we require the following information sent to us by email: 

- Your photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.)

- The front of your credit card (you can conceal all the numbers except the last 4).

- Completion of a Credit Card Authorization Form

Identification items can be sent email to customercare@thecrimsonlabel.com. Most customers use a cell phone to take a picture of their credentials and email it to us.

PayPal

PayPal allows customers to use their credit card with or without creating a PayPal account. On the checkout page, after selecting the PayPal option and clicking the "CONFIRM ORDER BUTTON, you will be redirected to PayPal. 

How to Use Bill Me Later 

Bill Me Later is a service offered by PayPal, which makes it easy to buy now and settle up later. Make no payments for six months. You will receive monthly statements and can make payments at any time. As long as you pay in full by the promotion expiration date, you will not be billed interest. Otherwise, interest will be billed from the date of purchase. We recommend using Bill Me Later if you have a large order or require flexibility in payment, or if you are interested in buying now, and settling up later.

- Answer two quick questions and accept the terms

Western Union

Since PayPal does not operate in several countries, we suggest making a Western Union transfer. Western Union can be very convenient for some international customers. If interested in paying by Western Union please email us your order details, with specifics like product type, length, texture, and color by email to customercare@thecrimsonlabel.com. We will reply with an exact total including shipping costs, and further instructions.

Exchanges

The Crimson Label's primary focus is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order, however on a rare occasion a product issue may arise, we allow for exchanges. To begin the exchange process, email Customer Care at  customercare@thecrimsonlabel.com clearly stating your request and an explanation of your issue. Please allow twenty-four (24) hours for response. A representative will contact you and review your request for the return. Merchandise must be received within seven (7) days of receipt. Customers are responsible for any differences in price. Please do not attempt to send any merchandise back for return or exchange without speaking with Customer Care and receiving RMA Authorization. Exchanges without prior authorization will not be processed and will be  returned is at your own expense. We cannot accept exchanges for any hair that has been un-packaged, cut, combed, colored, installed, with the security zip-tie removed or hair altered under any circumstance. This includes hair still in the bundle that has lost its original uniform wave due to excessive manipulation. The hair must still be in the bundle, tied, in original packaging, security seal in place intact and tag still attached. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned package. If upon receipt, we find that the returned hair has, in fact, been tampered with, an exchange cannot be issued and it will be your expense to ship the hair back to the customer. All exchanges will incur a 10% administrative fee & and return shipping fees. In the event that there is an error on our part, there are no additional fees associated with the exchange. Exchanges are processed upon receipt. One exchange per transaction.

Returns

The Crimson Label offers exchanges only at this time.

***Federal Law prohibits the return/exchange of human hair that has been used.  We, at The Crimson Label, always strive to have the highest level of integrity, therefore due to legal and hygienic reasons we will not accept any hair that has been removed from the packaging or un-raveled. We will not exchange any merchandise that has been opened, un-wrapped, shampooed, conditioned or otherwise processed. Please ensure that upon order you provide the correct billing and shipping address, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customized colored, discounted, bundled, sale items and closures are all final sale***
